Order Process

If your item is in stock, please allow 2-3 business days to process your order once payment is received and cleared. Please note during high volume sale periods or new range releases there may be minor delays – we appreciate your patience during this time! Once shipped, you will be emailed with tracking information to follow your order to its destination. Please note there is no dispatch on weekends or public holidays.

How do I track my order?

Got an ICEMAN SOCIETY account?

Easy Peasy! Log into your account through the online store, check out the fulfillment status against your recent order. If the order has been fulfilled, click onto the order information & you can find the tracking information there.

I don't have an ICEMAN SOCIETY account yet

As soon as your order has been fulfilled, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email. You will then be able to track your order through the tracking link on the email. If you haven't received an email yet, not to worry! Your order will usually take around 2-3 days to be dispatched.

Question about the delivery?

I received a wrong item/size!

In the unlikely event you have received the wrong item, please email us to support@icemansociety.com with the following information to ensure that we can get this resolved for you quickly & efficiently:

- Your order number
- The name of the item you did not receive
- The name of the item you received in it's place
- A clear photograph of the item you have received, including logo 

Once we've received the above info, our Customer Support team will get this sorted for you as soon as possible!

How can I change my order?

We’re unable to make any changes to your order once you’ve complete purchased the order, this includes the following:

Changing the item or size

Delivery/billing address

Adding items to your order

Shipping method

There is a 15-minute window where you can cancel your order by locating the order in your account section and hitting the ‘cancel order’ button.

After 15 minutes, it is too late to cancel the order and you’ll need to follow our returns process.

If you don’t have a customer account, we’re unable to cancel the order for you. However, you can try to cancel it my messaging us.

Free Express Shipping for orders over $200.

All orders are send out with a tracking number. A tracking number is supplied via Email/SMS after the order is processed.

We offer a 7 day returns and exchange policy, if you are not happy with your order for whatever reason. Free returns when you checkout with PayPal.

CARRIERS
The carrier that will deliver your package, will depend on your local post carrier in your Country or it is stated at the shipping method. A few of the carriers are the following:

RETURNS
ICEMAN SOCIETY accepts returns on all products for any reason. Just as long as item & packaging is returned in perfect condition. If you want to know more about our return policy, please check our page “Returns” or just contact support@icemansociety.comWe will handle your return.

TAXES & DUTIES
Customers are responsible for all applicable import duties and fees.  All orders are shipped DDU, “duties and taxes unpaid” from Asia, and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your estimated charge may be. In order to collect your package, additional charges must be paid to clear customs. As we ship to over 50 countries, some may require additional fees paid COD (Collect On Delivery). In this case the fees are paid to the local carrier. 

OWNERSHIP AND RISK
To ensure fast dispatch times, once your order has been placed, we are unable to make changes or cancel your order. If you have made an error in your delivery address, please contact us immediately via email at support@icemansociety.com Any delivery date or time specified by us is a best estimate only and ICEMAN SOCIETY will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. Once shipped, ICEMAN SOCIETY does not take responsibility of loss or damaged items during transit. In the unlikely event your order is not received within the expected delivery time frame.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Refund Policy

If you have purchased anything on ICEMAN SOCIETY but didn’t:

- Receive the right products or sizing, or
- Receive your products within the guaranteed delivery time (30 days), you get a full refund from us.
- Paid with Paypal? Check our “Returns” page.

However, we can't give you full refund under the following circumstances:

1. Your ICEMAN SOCIETY order didn’t arrive due to factors within your control (for example: you provided us the wrong shipping address), or
2. Your ICEMAN SOCIETY order didn’t arrive due to one or other circumstances outside the control of  ICEMAN SOCIETY (for example: not cleared by customs, a tornado or other natural disasters, pandemics), or
3. Your order has been placed at a discount or within a sale. In this case you can still swap your order amount for other products.

How do I return/exchange my order?

If you want to return / exchange your order for a refund or replacement, please contact us at:

Please note your order number or email address and which pieces you are going to return or exchange (+ which replacement you want of course!). Our support team will help you with this process and will make sure get your refund or replacement as soon as possible!

*No Return & Refund on discount orders or sale orders.

I haven't received my refund

Depending on the service & country you're returning your item(s) with, it can usually take up to 21 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays) to be delivered and processed by our returns team.

If your return is marked as delivered, sit tight, our returns team will be in touch by email once the return has been processed to confirm your refund.
