What is Return/Exchange Policy?

Iceman Society accepts returns/exchanges within 14 days of the date your order was delivered. If 14 days have gone by since you received your order, Unfortunately, we will not able to offer you a refund/exchange.

If you want to return/exchange your item, your item MUST be unused and intact, in the original package and in the same condition that you received it.

*All discount jewelry and customized jewelry are not accept for return/exchange.

Once your return/exchange is received and checked, we will send you an email to inform you that we approved your return/exchange or not. If your return is approved, then your refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

*Please allow up to 7 business days to process your request after your return/exchange has been received by us.

*The customers will be responsible for the shipping and shipping costs for all returns/exchanges. Additionally, the shipping paid on return items is non-refundable.
